A.D.D. for everything related to good food. That’s Emily. A ball of fire with a bubbling sense of enjoyment for what she does, Emily inspires through her passion for creating a place that does stand out from the trees. Her love for food comes through in what the deli creates and her mission in providing the best organic produce around is probably well informed by her other ‘life’ as a mother of three young kids. Ask the kids what they eat and the response: ‘It’s all-ganic’

Recently retired from jointly heading up Vital Health Foods, the largest and one of the oldest Health Food companies in South Africa, Bruce is keeping things fresh in his life, throwing his lot in with Kwalapa (okay, so maybe not the lot, but rather a grind or two of the pepper corns). With a deep understanding as to what’s needed to build a successful venture Bruce keeps us on track with a raised brow and a quick flick of the verbal wrist.
