What's on the menu for 11/11
A selection of the treats guests were introduced to:
- Cloud Cottage Cheeses – Organic & Biodynamic,
from Eva & Christophers’ mountain pass farm near Knysna
- Paulo’s Eureka Ciabattas – to go with that
delicious cheese
- Celeste's Portobello finger wraps – while the
taste is divine, size really does matter.
- Crazy Daisy Cheeses – locally produced, best of,
ever !
- Sugardrops Organic Marshmallows - Heaven on earth,
in pink & white.
- Tierhoek Jams – Only happy fruit from smiling
trees went into these jars (of course the boiling & shredding came
later)
- Blue Sky Organic Olives – 'Ode to a Pip', you
might just write it after tasting these little nuggets. The oil’s not
bad either – jaa .
And the tipple:
- Kwalapa’s own Organic juices – from the blender
directly to you.
- Avondale Bio-logic wines – it really is good for
you.
- Kwalapa’s Organic coffee shots – inspiration in a
cup
